  •  Tow trucks can be manufactured on any chassis in many variants. The basic one is a steel or aluminum solid platform with a bent loading surface.
  • Other modifications are doble-deck car transporter, sliding platform, platform rotating according to a fixed pin and other special variants.
  • The crane arm is a suitable accessory for the needs of transporting immovable cars, or even equipped with a loading cross.
  • The superstructure can be equipped with a full range of conceivable accessories (beacons, winches, towing equipment, etc.) to suit the character of the transported cars.

Platforms for vehicles up to 3.5 t

Standard superstructure for the transport of new, crashed and immovable cars. These platforms are designed as superstructures resistant to the appropriate load depending on the selected chassis. Their basic frame is aluminum or steel (hot-dip galvanized). The ramps are made of sheet steel or aluminum floor profile as required.

Platforms for transporting machines

These superstructures have a floor made according to the nature of the transported vehicles. In the steel version it is a teardrop-shaped smooth sheet metal and in the aluminum version it is a floor profile. In front there is a technological ramp, which performs a protective and auxiliary function (winch, tool storage, ISO50 hinge, lighting of the loading area, etc.).
    The tail lights are pivoted at the rear above the loading surface. The superstructure can be equipped with a winch, warning lights, front wheel stops, fire extinguisher, towing equipment, etc..

Sliding platforms

The platform is tilted and slid down so that it forms an angle with the road or other surface corresponding to the approach or extension of a car of normal construction without the aid of ramps. These superstructures have a floor made according to the nature of the transported vehicles. In the steel version it is a teardrop-shaped smooth sheet metal and in the aluminum version it is a floor profile. In front there is a technological ramp, which performs a protective and auxiliary function (winch, tool storage, ISO50 hinge, lighting of the loading area, etc.).

Car transporters for 2-7 cars

These special trucks for long-distance transport of passenger cars allow to load up to 7 middle-class passenger cars at the same time.
KOV Velim offers these sets of trucks in several variants, while the chassis of the towing vehicle can be selected trucks of some brands. The towing vehicle with an engine with a minimum output of 360HP and pneumatic suspension is equipped with a lowered remote driver’s cab with a bed.
