Equipment for firebrigade is an integral part of our production program. Container trucks, technical, anti-gas, chemical and combined trucks and containers are the main products of this program.
In the production of fire equipment, the main emphasis in our company is primarily on quality, easy-to-use, easy maintenace and long life time as integral part of which is the fulfillment of all legal conditions and above-standard warranty conditions.
Gas truck
The special anti-gas truck is designed for interventions where there are increased demands on the use of breathing equipment, chemical suits and the detection of hazardous substances. The car can be equipped with a power generator with a lighting mast, a compressor for refilling breathing apparatus, plastic boxes for storing overpressure suits and breathing apparatus holders with quick-release fasteners.
Technical containers
Fire technical containers are built according to DIN 30 722 with a height of 1570 mm. We discharge containers in two basic designs, as roller shutters or with side flaps. The containers can be equipped with a rear vertical loading front allowing access to the interior of the container, which is loaded on the container carrier.
The internal variable shelving system is made of Al profiles with a module of 40 and allows later modifications. The delivery includes a competent electrical installation ~ 230 V / = 24 V incl. interior and exterior lighting in LED technology.
Command container
The command container is designed to provide command facilities for longer events. Its equipment allows a longer stay of the headquarters out of reach of the source of electricity, drinking water, utility water, etc., while maintaining the ability to observe basic hygiene habits, the possibility of preparing hot meals, etc.
The command container can be made in a telescopic design, where its usable area increases towards the rear by up to 3 m2.
Fire tow container
The fire towing container is a modern construction, which is intended for transport on hook container carriers. The main supporting part of the container complies with the DIN 30722 standard. The steel floor plate is covered with a steel teardrop sheet. The front steel rail carries the accessories of the container, covers the rope winch and optically connects the plate with the suspension eye. The front crossbar is equipped with an ISO 50 hinge and a pin dia.40mm used for partial anchoring of trailers on the loading surface of the container. On the front rail there are holders for wooden beams and adjustable stops.
Transport car
DA-KOV transport vehicles replace the obsolete DA-AVIA in Volunteer Fire Brigades and expand their use. The new vehicle allows the nine-member fire brigade to get to the scene faster and, if necessary, start extinguishing with a high-pressure jet from a tank with a capacity of 800 l of water. The vehicle is designed primarily for technical interventions and interventions from paved roads. Another of the many advantages is the integration of breathing technology in the seats.
Fire container carriers
Trucks of all weight categories can be equipped with a universal superstructure of the retractable hook mechanism. We mount container mechanisms on chassis of all renowned manufacturers.
We supply telescopic and articulated single-arm mechanisms that are commonly available on the Czech market (CTS Okřínek, HIAB, HYVA, Palfinger…). The outputs of the mechanisms are: 3.5 tons, 5 tons, 6 tons, 8 tons, 9 tons and 10 – 30 tons.
Part of the delivery of fire container carriers is the installation of warning equipment, radios, prescribed fire accessories and special equipment at the customer’s request.
Rear container
The rear container is designed to secure the rear background during longer events. Its equipment allows a longer stay of the unit out of reach of electricity, drinking water, utility water, etc. while maintaining the ability to observe basic hygiene habits, accommodation for up to 8 people, the possibility of preparing hot meals, etc.
The rear container can be made in a telescopic design, where its usable area increases towards the rear by up to 3 m2.
AZ – 30 NOVUS
AZ 30 NOVUS is still alive. KOV Velim, as the bearer of the idea of reconstruction of the AZ30 IFA car ladder using a modern chassis, still supports this project. This superstructure was created from the requirements for changing the fleet of fire brigades, the obsolete fire truck IFA W50L / LD was originally replaced by Daewoo Avia D90 chassis, during the third reconstruction we chose the Mercedes-Benz Atego 915 chassis. MAN TGL 10.220 4×2.
